Doylestown Health's Comprehensive Neurological Rehabilitation Program helps patients regain their mobility, swallowing, thinking and communication skills after a brain injury, illness, stroke or other neurologic condition.

There are many challenges that patients with neurological conditions face. Our multidisciplinary team, which can include case management, occupational, physical, and speech therapists, is focused on helping you reach your highest level of independence. We work with each patient to develop a personalized rehabilitation plan to help you achieve your goals.

Our program offers individual therapy evaluations with creation of a multidisciplinary care plan.

Conditions

Neurologically Impaired Rehabilitation (PT, OT, Speech, and case management) services are available for the following conditions:

  • Brain Tumor
  • Concussion
  • Dementia
  • MS
  • Orthotic and Prosthetic Training
  • Parkinson's disease – LSVT BIG® and LOUD® Program
  • Stroke Rehabilitation
  • Traumatic Brain Injury

  • Activities of daily living training
  • Balance training
  • Cognitive rehabilitation
  • Endurance training
  • Fatigue management training
  • Gait training
