Parent Education and Resources

Penn Medicine Doylestown Health's VIA Maternity Center provides a “Path to Parenthood” educational program to prepare you for birth and help you feel more confident as you transition to becoming a parent. Our classes are taught by certified nurse educators, focusing on all aspects of pregnancy, newborn care and breastfeeding. The best time to attend classes is after the 28th week and to finish before the 37th week of pregnancy. Schedule your classes early as registration is limited.

We also have free Breastfeeding Support Group and Moms Meetup group that meet in-person to offer support after your baby is born. All in-person classes/groups take place in the Beck Family Classroom located on the Ground Floor along the ArtWalk.
