Cardiac Rehabilitation

Most post-surgery heart patients are referred to our Cardiac Rehabilitation program for medically supervised exercise and education. Sessions begin in the hospital and continue on an outpatient basis after discharge.

Cardiac Home Care

A special service for open-heart surgery patients features a home visit for follow-up care from a former Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit nurse. This experienced nurse gets to know you before your procedure and follows your progress during your time in the hospital.
